Having discussed your requirements with you we will present you with three alternative design options and a suggested structure for the site. The site is then built using the design that you choose (incorporating any requested changes) and using the agreed structure.
Throughout the design process we make it available for you online so that you can view our progress. We actively seek feedback at all times to ensure that you are happy with the site as it grows.

- Search engine submissions and reports -
If you opt for this service we will submit your site to the top search engines (including Google, Yahoo! and MSN). We will also compile a list of relevant online directories which you might like your site submitted to and discuss with you which of these you would like us to pursue.
Having carried out the submissions our service doesn't stop there. It can take several months for a new website to become listed in the search engines so we continue to monitor the progress of your site for 6 months, submitting a monthly report to you with an indication of how it is ranking for ten different search terms and making suggestions on how you can achieve higher rankings.
At the end of the six months we will offer to continue monitoring the site for you in this way.
- Web hosting -
We are pleased to offer our clients a reliable and reasonably-priced web hosting service. For just £30 a year we offer the following:
- 100MB storage space
- 2GB monthly bandwidth
- 20 POP3 email accounts
- Webmail
- FTP access
- Online control panel
- Graphical user statistics
- PHP, 1 MySQL database
From our experience this is a generous allowance for a new website but if you have further requirements we are happy to accommodate them and will adjust our pricing accordingly.
- Site maintenance -
We are happy to offer continuing maintenance once your website has been launched. You can choose to sign up for a regular maintenance contract based on a set number of hours a month. If your website has sections that require regular updates the maintenance contract would be a good option for you as you will benefit from a discount on our standard hourly rate. The minimum period for a maintenance contract is 6 months.
If, however, your site needs less regular updates we can do them as and when necessary at our standard hourly rate. The minimum charge is just 5 minutes, so there is no need to feel that any task is too small - if you'd like a small amount of text changed and it takes us 5 minutes to complete, all you will be charged for is 5 minutes. This means that there's no need to let your website become outdated.
