What formats can you accept text and images in?

Text can be emailed or sent to us on cd in many different formats, including:
plain text (.txt)- Word document (.doc)
- PDF (.pdf)
- Rich Text Format (.rtf)
- Open Office document (.odt)
If you have a format not listed here, please discuss with us first. If you don't have the text electronically (i.e. it is part of a printed leaflet or brochure), you can provide it in hard copy and we will convert it (please note that additional charges may be incurred if an extensive amount of text is provided in hard copy).
Images
We can accept images in most formats but our preference would be:
- TIFF (.tif)
- JPEG (.jpeg) for photos
- GIF (.gif) for logos
- PDF (.pdf)
Please note that it may not be possible to accept images as part of Word documents, as this format can have a detrimental affect on the image.
If you do not have an electronic copy please supply it in hard copy and we will scan it in. It may be possible to touch up logos if they have been provided in hard copy, however the quality of a scanned logo will not be as good as if it had been provided electronically. We advise asking the graphic artist/printer who created your logo for an electronic version (TIFF, PDF or GIF).
